Fight Night for Pediatric Cancer Research is a University of Missouri organization run by over 30 students. Fight Night is rapidly growing; what started as a small student-led organization has now become a premiere philanthropy event in the area, reaching not only Mizzou students but local businesses and the Columbia community as well.

HUGE THANK YOU TO

Our Sponsors

Fight Night for Pediatric Cancer Research hosts many different events each spring. Starting with a trivia night, the Columbia community participates in an epic team trivia battle with some pretty incredible prizes. We also host a Weigh-In, similar to that of a professional, televised match. Then, just days before the main event, we host a Press Conference where fighters meet their opponents one last time before they see each other in the ring.

Our main event, or Fight Night, is hosted in the mid to late spring every year. This year, at Lakeside Ashland, we hope to sell out the event yet again and put on a show you will never forget. If you’ve never attended, here’s what to expect: each fight begins with a walk up of both fighters (to the song of their choice), official referees and judges, an eccentric emcee guaranteed to keep things interesting, and some intense match ups between students who’ve put blood, sweat, and tears into their training this year. Additionally, we offer food and beverage options available at concessions and an official after party to celebrate a successful fundraising season.

Check out our past event photos above.
